Failure Analysis Testing & Production Testing
Precision Testing LLC is a fully equipped assembly and testing facility. If you are an end user and want to validate and verify that the products are going to perform in your system, we can do a third-party testing to most standards. Or, if you have had a valve or other product fail in service we can do a third party inspection to help determine why the product failed. We have a wide range of equipment to use for these purposes.
We routinely test to API 598, ASME B16.34, API 6D and API 6A PSL 3G.
Our facility is capable of testing with water or gas (typically Nitrogen) up to 22,500 psi. We employ a safety bunker with remotely moveable cameras to maintain the highest level of safety. Our experienced staff is well versed in working with many products and standards and we welcome outside witnesses and inspectors.
If requested, we can also repair and test many products right on site speeding up the process for the end user.
