Fugitive Emission Testing

Valve Packing fugitive emission testing to API and ISO standards. Precision Testing LLC performs tests using Methane and/or Helium with qualified Leak Detection equipment. We perform Valve Packing tests (API 622) to qualify packing sets and we also perform Valve Packing tests (API 624) to qualify the Valve using the Packing. These tests are done at design temperature and pressure with Methane. We also test using Helium at design temperature and pressure per ISO 15848-1 and 2.

Multiple Access ports to allow for external actuators or controls outside of the chamber

Heating Systems for wrapping large or odd shaped equipment up to 1000 degrees F.
